Dear subscribers and supporters,
A little over two months ago we gathered on December 21st in San Francisco to celebrate Palladium’s three-year anniversary in print. Writers, staff, donors, subscribers, and supporters gathered to celebrate what has been accomplished over the past three years. This anniversary coincided with the launch party for PALLADIUM 12: Silicon Nemesis.Â
This landmark 2023 edition featured Grimes as the inescapable agent of humanity’s downfall, hauntingly photographed by the inimitable Brian Ziff and interviewed in long-form by Samo Burja on human civilization, the universe, and the dawn of AI. There is still time to subscribe before March 21, 2024 and receive your copy.
Those who subscribe can also look forward to receiving PALLADIUM 13: Global Empire which launches on the same date. PALLADIUM 13 examines how the United States has shaped and reshaped global affairs for nearly a century and carefully considers how this unofficial empire will evolve in the future.
Yesterday, we emailed out invitations to our subscribers for the edition’s March 21st launch party. All available subscriber spots were claimed less than 30 minutes after we sent them out! We have been overwhelmed by the support and interest of Palladium Magazine’s mission to discover the next generation of governance. Thank you!
Everyone who missed this brief window, has been added to the waitlist. There remains only a handful of Early Invitation spots reserved for Supporting Members, so if you are lucky enough to have one waiting in your inbox make sure to RSVP today and claim that spot or free it up for someone hoping to attend. To receive Early Invitations to our parties, events, lectures, and retreats, we invite all of our Palladium members to join the Palladium Supporting Member tier here:
The mission of Palladium is to discover what the next era of governance will look like in the United States and the world. This is not only a solitary exercise of philosophy, but requires the bright minds and capable builders of our civilization to speak frankly, exchange ideas, make alliances, and demonstrate their social commitment to finding a new paradigm. Every party and social event we host is an opportunity to do all of these things with your fellow Palladium members, in a relaxed yet stately atmosphere.
In addition to the print magazine, Palladium Supporting Members will receive priority early invitations to our events, including the launch of PALLADIUM 14 and then beyond. In addition to each new print edition, Supporting Members receive one out-of-print edition per quarter to help complete your full collection of Palladiums, from 01 to 13 and counting.
While we wish we could discuss these ideas with all of you even as the demand for print issues grows, our events can only grow so large while maintaining their unique spirit and before they exhaust our nonprofit's budget. We hope that by holding these events in major cities around the U.S. helps close some distance to that unattainable goal. We are as always grateful to our donors and supporters who have even generously and hospitably offered their homes and venues for our traditional gatherings.
Palladium is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies on the generous gifts of you, our supporters, to continue our work. Member support is the most critical funding stream we rely on to continue operating.
Best regards,
The Palladium Editors
